But then again, self-improvement/advertisement shows a desire to find the best mate which is also desireable. In the end, there are countless processes going on in our minds with respect to procreation that science hasn't even begun to understand. All we can do is follow the golden rule and try not to judge 'lest ye be judged. I would say that while plastic surgery can certainly improve looks, a judgmental person trashing on those with plastic surgery isn't doing much to enrich their own gene pool.
