Question by Yan: can you still apply for student loan when you are in UCAS clearing ?
Im not sure about it becasue there is no information on the website saying whether i can apply student loan or not. I have not get the courses that i wanted in UCAS Extra so my tutor suggest me to wait till clearing to say whether any course will fit me. And im now struggling on the student loan , i dont whether i can apply or not when i am in clearing.

To get a student loan you must be registered with a university and the university must confirm this to the student loans company. So, you will have to wait until you accept a place through clearing and then apply. You will still be eligible for a loan (depending on your circumstances) but the first instalment might be delayed.
